NUTTY SLACK wins champion beer in 'mild' category and runner-up in the overall champion-of-champion beers. [ more ]

Thank you for visiting the Prospect Brewery website.
Prospect Brewery was founded in 2007 and being based in Wigan with it's long history of mining and prospecting it was inevitable that we would name our beers with a mining or prospecting theme.
Our mission is, quite simply, to bring you imaginative but traditional real Ale, brewed using only malted barley, whole hops, yeast and water.
Our beers are now permanently available at The Crown Hotel in Worthington, and in bottles at Noel Chadwick butchers in Standish.
