After 2 years of brewing in a garage, we have finally moved to a larger premises and increased our brewing capacity to cope with the demand for our beers.
The first brew in the new brewery (Silver Tally) took place on January 31st, 2010
We've been on TVWe featured on 'Oz and James drink to Britain' series, as televised on BBC2.

Thank you for visiting the Prospect Brewery website.
Prospect Brewery was founded in 2007 and being based in Wigan with it's long history of mining and prospecting it was inevitable that we would name our beers with a mining or prospecting theme.
Our mission is, quite simply, to bring you imaginative but traditional real Ale, brewed using only malted barley, whole hops, yeast and water.
You can usually find at least 2 of our beers at the Crown at Worthington, and there is always one available, maybe more if you strike lucky at The Berkeley Wigan, The Gerrard Arms Aspull, The Crown New Srings, The Windmill Parbold and The Royal Oak Standishgate- all just a stone's throw away from the new brewery. Our beers are also regularly sold in over 100 pubs across North-West England.
Our beers are also permanently available in bottles at Noel Chadwick master-butchers in Standish town centre.
